fairytales are more than true.
not because they tell us that dragons exist,
but because they tell us that dragons can be defeated.

There's always going to be bad stuff out there. But here's the amazing thing, light trumps darkness, every time. You can stick a candle into the dark, but you can't stick the dark into the light.

Things break all the time. Days break, waves break, voices break. Promises break. Hearts break.

sometimes we don't move on. its kind of like if someone was to dig a huge hole in the street. the first few times, you would forget its there and fall into it and get pretty banged up, but as time goes on, you'll remember that its there and you start reminding yourself to just "walk around it" .

if i've learned anything in life, it s that sometimes things get in your path and you have a choice:
you can either smash right into them, or you can adjust and move around, but you have to do one
or the other in order to move forward.

if someone says, “that's impossible,”

you should understand it as, “according to my

very limited experience and narrow

understanding of reality, that's very unlikely.”

I don't need to be your whole life, I'm not that kind of girl. I only want to be your favorite part.

I want her to be happy, no matter what that means. I want her to find someone who will treat her with all the love she deserved from me. I want her to meet someone who will see her always as I do now, through Your eyes.
